Great service and support. Remotes.com stocked an older Python remote that frankly I thought was discontiuned. My remote arrived very quickly. The remote was a very well made aftermarket and was easy to setup.

I ordered a remote, and everything seemed to have worked well with the ordering process. I even got a tracking number. But then 2 days later I see the money reimbursed to my credit card and I never received anything. If I track the order now it says its still being processed, but the order was 2 weeks ago, so I'm guessing something else went wrong.

The question is: If I order again will the same thing happen again or will I actually receive something.

I wanted to rate it one star, but then I guess it must have just been someones mistake??
