Shows a 2 button fob. Delivers a 4 button fob. Trunk button my car doesn't have that feature that's why I bought the 2 button.  Panic button my car doesn't have that feature that's why I ordered the 2 button.

Remote works great. The one in the picture looked just like my original with the lock and unlock function. The one that I received also has a trunk button that will not work for my car. On the plus side, the new remote also has a panic button on the back that does work.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. When the remote arrived in the mail it looked different from the one pictured on the website and didn’t have any programming instructions included (nor were they were not on the website). I reached out to customer service and got a reply within an hour. After confirming my order I received a link to programming instructions and (based on a picture I sent) confirmation that the remote I had would still work. Not only did they reply promptly to each correspondence, they even checked in following day to make sure the remote did indeed work for me. Above and beyond.

I had to buy a new key fob for our 2006 Forester, after the puppy decided it was something great to chew (thank God she didn’t get the one for the 2012 Ram 3500!!!). Anyway, it works well and the directions to program were accurate.
