I was shipped a defective device (877LM Garage Door Keyless Entry Keypad).  I know its defective because I had a garage door pro look at it.

Rather than own the fault and replace it or refund it, the company requires you ship it back to them with tracking before they will do anything.  

Unlike other reputable companies, the company does not provide a label or any other return option.  

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.

Received the remote for my Liftmaster opener and followed instructions very carefully, having the backlight flash three times, per directions. But when I try to enter the model number 4 … for the GDR36-yellow, the remote flashes three times for the “error values.”  I’ve tried three times, each time removing and then replacing the battery, but each time I get the three “error” flashes.

You Chamberlain replacement came with no instructions and only one mounting hole instead of two.  Otherwise, seems to work.
