After pairing multiple times keypad does not close door by just pushing ENTER. Must use code + ENTER. Instructions say to NOT do that.
Also no instruction for where to place 2nd mounting screw. Chat about both items worthless. Was referred to on-line sites for other model keypads that did NOT resolve the issues.

The opener came with a battery and easy to use programming instructions. However, the installation hardware does not work fully with the unit. There is only one slot for slide-on mounting, although two screws were provided. If you only use the slide-on screw mount, the device can be easily removed, stolen or fall off the mounted surface during use.

After experiencing a problem with our old keypad we decided to replace it .
Setting up the new pad was a breeze .
The instructions that accompanied the pad were easy to follow and understand .
Recommend this product to anyone thinking of putting in a keypad .

The only thing that I wish it did would do is activate the garage door quicker once
you enter your code and hit Enter .
