Ordered 2 remotes for 2002 Chevy Venture. They arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. The instructions referred me to the remotes remotes website. Upon entering information about the vehicle on the website, it wouldn't list any programming instructions, it would only ask for my zip code to suggest a locksmith. Please note, I was accessing the website on my mobile phone, so it could have been a compatibility issue. But with a quick search of YouTube, I found instructions that worked for programming the new remotes.  Remotes both work, wife's happy again. Life's good.

I never had a fob for my minivan I bought used and was avoiding the high cost of a dealer replacement. This was an excellent way to get 2 fobs, and the online instructions were clear and easy to do.
