Summary: 1 of 2 keys work, cost me $85 at Jeep to get programmed. I bought these two keys for $90 from here. I brought it in to my local Jeep dealership and several times they gave me the disclaimer that aftermarket keys don't work every time, but a fair amount do work. Whether the keys work or not after being programmed (takes about 30 minutes), they will have to charge the full $85 no matter what. They can program 1-4 keys for the $85 rate. I have one original Jeep key, and only one out of the two keys successfully worked after being programmed. I'm keeping the second key in case one day I need another blank. Jeep was also able to carve the blank metal key for free (takes about 2 minutes). All the buttons work and it feels just as sturdy as my original. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
