Saved me a lot of money rather than going to a dealer! If you're have trouble with the instructions, just search it on YouTube. Took less than 5 minutes to program.

I ordered two very expensive Toyota Prius Silve remotes but there was only one in the package. The remotes are over $125 each, so the difference is significant. I called and they said they would send out the second one. No explanation or accommodation given.

I'm sure you must have gotten feedback about this, but the "directions" for programming the new key that came in the package with the key were very poorly translated.  I went on line to get the many, many steps in plain English.  It's almost comical , what a person has to do in order to get the key to work!  I'd be very interested to know WHY.  I do appreciate that the key came here in just a few days, thank you.

I ordered the key fob on 11/16 and received it on 11/19.   I had already found the programming instructions but they were also included with the fob.  I followed the procedure and all key fob functions are working correctly.

I ordered wrong key first time around and it wouldn’t program for remote access. Customer service was polite about my mistake. Ordered the right one and had further difficulty programming it. Contacted customer service thinking I had been sent wrong fob because no silver logo on back. The rep politely asked me if I would be willing to try a video if they sent me a link. Sure enough. I had missed some 5 second wait times. I really appreciated their patience with me.

I bought a smart key fob for my 2007 Prius and watched some youtube videos on how to program it and worked on the first try. Had key cut locally for $2 dollars. Fob seems to be solidly constructed so looks like it will last.

Just gotta go get key cut and program it for keyless entry when I get the time! I’ll buy another in the future and I’ll recommend this site to friends
