I personally contacted support to double check if I had the right Fob for my vehicle and matched the FCC code and everything. When the Fob and key blank arrived, the fob would not produce the correct frequency, as well as the keys had no programming chips in them. I had to pay a locksmith to input programming chips, and the keys and now, I have to buy a whole new fobs because the scam of these fobs don’t work. When I contacted customer support, they told me they couldn’t do anything but help me return the keys. I’ve gone through this process twice I’ll never buy from this company again and they should actually be shut down because this is a bait and switch the advertisement for the keys on the website says they are complete keys , they are not.
