Works like a charm. Easy to program.  Lights flash, horn honks, doors lock and unlock. Seems fairly cheap made so time will tell. Battery was fully charged and measured 3.31 volts.  Don't like how small the area for the keyring is as it won't let the ring turn freely. Might have to use a cable instead of keyring.
