We were extremely pleased with the product availability and the follow up received when I contacted the customer service.  The only problem we had was that the shipping - actually the third party carrier did not deliver within the time period requested and for which we paid. That being said I see that we have already been refunded for the $4.99 expedited fee and, so, I think I can highly recommend this company.

Both remotes arrived 2 days early which was great. They work great. One disappointment is they don’t have the Mercedes Benz star on the back. Otherwise I highly recommend you guys.

One of my buttons had cracked.  $200 for a new key from the stealership.  This new case made my key like new.  New case has an indicator light; original didn't.  Only small negative is no star on new case.  I may try to remove star from old case and weld it in to new case--maybe not.
