I bought an older used car that came with one ignition key, one door key, and no remote door fobs.  I was literally afraid to lock it.  The two fobs I bought from RemotesRemotes came with programming instructions and worked right away.  The local locksmith cut and programmed an extra ignition key.  I'm a happy customer.

Easy to self program w/o a locksmith and worked perfectly. It even worked as a spare fob for a 2008 Pilot as well.
