But not the product I was hoping for as the fake metal key part is not removable and seems pretty pointless so now I still need a new key fob thing. I supposed I should’ve read the description more thoroughly.

Needed a replacement key shell for a damaged Honda Fit key. Had a local locksmith cut the blank for $50 and the shell that was sent appeared to be the same as the OEM original key. The dealer wanted $200 so a nice savings and the new key works great.
