Ordered this FOB for my 2002 Tahoe. The order was processed and received timely. The programming instructions were clear and easy. Great purchase at a reasonable price.
I also ordered a FOB for my 2013 Yukon. Again the product was received timely. I was not aware this FOB had to be programmed by a dealer or locksmith with the proper equipment. So, I am keeping the FOB in the event I really need it.

Bought this for a 2012 Suburban. Easy to program. Unfortunately my vehicle required a plug-in programmer in order to make it work. The remote works great after programming and the price is unbeatable. I will buy it again.

Ordered remote key fob and it came in a few days.
Instructions provided on website were good.  Programmed the new remote easily, then found my old remote did not work; instructions told you that you had to repeat a step for old remote which I did.
Could not get old and new to work at same time.  Called and Bill provided me help that easily made both remotes work.  I would like to thank him for working with me patiently (I am old and  hard of hearing) and it means a lot to be dealt with in a nice manner.  I will certainly use and recommend you company.
