Terrible support and customer service attitude |

Received the wrong item. Contacted customer service to let them know and they 'kindly' offered to replace the item AFTER I returned it at my expense.
I don't mind waiting for the replacement but as the mistake was on remotesremotes.com's part they should have at least sent a return shipping label.
Instead they pointed to their returns policy stating all return shipping expenses were the customer's responsibility and ceased further communication.
Their returns policy can reasonably be applied to returns and exchanges done at the customer's instigation but should not be applied to the correction of a mistake made by RR.com.
Frankly two mistakes were made, sending the wrong item, and lousy customer support. I'm guessing they'll never let this up on their reviews page.
Very dissatisfied. I'm giving 1 star because there's no option for 0 stars.
