I ordered a keyless entry remote replacement shell for my vehicle and a few days later, I received an email and tracking number informing me that my package had shipped. Very fast turnaround! A week later, there were no updates to the tracking number so I notified customer service via email. Customer service followed up and notified the shipper and discovered that the parcel had been lost/misplaced and immediately offered me a refund or the option to back-order the product. I chose to receive a refund. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from the shipper informing me that the package had been located and was in Secaucus, NJ in route to its' destination. The customer service was outstanding between buyer, seller, and shipper! Thank you Remotesremotes.com!
