I ordered the exact remote that looked just like the old one as the buttons had gone bad. I installed the old key in the new remote and programming was so easy and the new remote works perfectly.

Received the replacement quickly.  Since we live on a small island, the nearest locksmith is 90 miles and three islands away, I simply took the keyfobs apart and swapped out the physical keys and everything is good.

Bought an Equinox that didn't come with the keyless remote. Had to go to a locksmith to get a key cut & remote programmed. Bought this as a second key/backup, and the locksmith cut & programmed it when he did the other. Only charged me $30 to do this one! Big savings over what a dealer would charge
