The Remote works fine--I was able to use the procedure given on the remotesremotes.com site to program the new remote myself. Note--it was necessary to reprogram my other existing remote after I programed the new one--Simple take the preexisting remote and hold the lock & unluck buttons down for a few seconds--immediaitely after the new one before removing the vehicle form program mode
