I was fine with all the customer service it was good but the product did not work it did not open my door garage. What I conferred with the operator she stated that the signal is probably not strong enough so I have returned the product

This is the perfect replacement for my original garage door opener remote. It is the same exact model it just doesn't say Genie on the front. It works great, saved me money, I say that is a Win Win!

Super reasonable price, exact model for my aged garage door opener. It even came with battery installed, and ready to go. I had no issues syncing it with my Genie garage door and it was ready to go!
