Customer Service gave me the model # I needed to order....Not once...but twice....
BOTH times were incorrect!!
Then I had to pay shipping to return the incorrect item the CS told me would work, when I didn't pay for shipping on original order.
Do better training your CS department RemotesRemotes...
Very disappointed!!!
Will not order from them again.
Went with Chamberlain CS...they made a mistake quoting me the wrong item #....
Apologized graciously and sent me a free remote for their error...

We were having trouble finding the proper remote for our aged Chamberlain receiver, a quick chat with part #'s one question answered, got the recommended remote ordered.
Some typical frustration in getting the two to cooperate, and now all is good.
