We were amazed at how fast we received the remote after ordering it.  We had downloaded the instructions so were able to reprogram all our remotes plus the new one.  Had to do  it a couple of times because we didn't wait for the second chime.  But finally got it done and it works great.  Thank you for your excellent response.
