Received it quickly and it was super easy to get cut and program. The plastic and molding has a slightly cheap feel to it but works great at 1/4 of the price of the dealership.

After contacting customer service as to the exact fit for my Ford Flex, we communicated back and forth several times until I could obtain all the information they needed to provide me the correct remote. they were VERY helpful in explaining to me where to find the info they needed. I received the replacement remote key much earlier than I expected and I was able to program the remote and the chip key WITH ABSOLUTELY NO TROUBLE. The provided instructions were clear and easily understood and worked perfectly. This is the second time I've purchased from Remotes Remotes and that is where I'll go anytime I need a replacement. Thank You

The units arrived in a reasonable time and the quality seems excellent. The instructions on how to program the vehicle were incorrect. I ended up doing a general google search on the internet to find instructions that worked.

Recieved as promised. I saw some reviews that said that you needed two working remotes to program the new remote, but I easily programmed mine with only one of the old remotes.
I still need to get the key cut.
