So far I am not having any luck after chatting with tech support many times I was finally able to get the van into "programing mode" the only method that worked was to jump the wiring harness located under the steering column. Even then the remote would not pair with the Van so I ordered a second remote and the second one would not work either Next step is to buy one from the dealer to see if this will solve the issue. To be fair I gave this 3 stars as this might be an issue with the van itself but I will eventually figure this out, the only thing that tech support could not tell me if there was a way to test their remote.
