I had the key cut and programmed by a locksmith and everything worked on the key fob except the remote start.  He has no idea why it doesn't work.

Had Patriot remote programmed by dealer for $75 as I did not have the origin Key, both work. I received them quickly and on time good Product!
Have yet to program the BMW remote , I do have that original key, hopefully will not have a problem programming it from the original Key,or additional expense

I only had 1 key for the Jeep I just bought, so I ordered 2 new ones. It takes 2 keys to program a new key. I had a locksmith cut both keys and program 1. I then used my original and the newly programmed one to program my 2nd key using the instructions provided on this website. Saved me tons of money from going to the dealership.

But I received the keys quickly and in good shape.

My dealership was going to charge me almost $400 for 1 replacement key. I ordered this two fob set, got the keys made, then used the simple instructions to program it. It cost me less than $60 in all. Thank goodness for a site like this because $400 is ridiculous.
