The key is inside the fob needs to be cut. It also took 3 weeks to arrive after I paid for shipping.

I got 2 keys from them for $50 and had them cut and programmed for my toyota corolla and Audi q5 locally for $220.
That's 270 for two spare keys. Dealerships are a rip off.

I order 4 remotes and keys and they were here in no time and the resources are excellent as well! I took it to the recommended locksmith and they were able to program the remote and cut the key in no time and so affordable only 35.00 dollars!!!
