The purchase of this product from the website was uneventful and eventually delivered, BUT.... I originally bought what I thought was the proper product on Amazon at 2/$15.  When they arrived, they did NOT program. So I have to find your site, communicate in chat, that determined I had purchased the wrong product for my motor. There was nowhere on the Amazon site for me NOT to make this error.   Your chat person gave me the right product.  Then of course I have to return the product to Amazon.  Not a good experience.  I think your offering on Amazon should have had a right info.

Due to some problems with the data input not accepting information, 2 remotes were ordered. I only wanted one.  I phoned to prevent the second one from being sent.  Was not able to stop the mailing and so had to return at my own expense $4.90.
