KEY + KEYLESS REMOTE PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE:
1. Get in car and have all doors closed
2. Put key in ignition and turn key forward, but no need to start the car.
3. Turn key back to off position and remove key.
4. Press and hold the unlock button
5. While holding unlock press lock button 3 times.
6. Doors should lock as confirmation of programming.
